1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myideastudio.com, app.myideastudio.com, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Idea Studio provides tools for strategy development, audience analytics, growth insights, content planning, and related creator support features. Services may evolve at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account

Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.

5. Subscription & Billing

A. Paid Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is available on the Website.

B. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

C. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.

D. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Idea Studio does not store full payment information.

E. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant Idea Studio a limited license to process and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Intellectual property violations
  • Harmful or malicious code
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal material

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services
  • Circumvent payment systems
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access

8. AI-Generated Content

Idea Studio uses AI to generate insights, recommendations, and content. You acknowledge:

  • Outputs may not be accurate
  • You are responsible for verifying information
  • Idea Studio is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs

9. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Integrations & Third-Party Services

When you connect third-party accounts (Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), you authorize Idea Studio to access the data necessary to provide Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, training materials, design elements, and documentation are owned by Idea Studio. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or fraud. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of insights or analytics
  • Specific business outcomes
  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idea Studio is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Decisions made using platform insights
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Idea Studio against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

18. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integrations

Idea Studio offers optional integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) so users can connect their accounts and access analytics within the Idea Studio dashboard. By choosing to connect a Meta account, you authorize Idea Studio to retrieve analytics data, engagement metrics, and other insights made available through Meta’s APIs.

You acknowledge that:

  • Data received from Meta is used solely to provide analytics features within Idea Studio.

  • You are responsible for maintaining compliance with Meta’s terms, policies, and community standards.

  • Idea Studio does not control Meta’s platforms or data practices and is not liable for any issues arising from Meta’s services, outages, or policy changes.

  • You may disconnect your Meta account at any time, which will stop data syncing and disable related features.

Use of Meta integrations is subject to Meta’s Terms of Service and Meta’s Business Tools Terms.

19. YouTube Integration – Terms of Service

By connecting a YouTube account, the user authorizes Idea Studio to access YouTube channel analytics and related data as permitted through Google’s API Services. The user acknowledges that this data is used solely for analytics display and performance reporting within Idea Studio.

Users agree to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s API Services User Data Policy when using the platform. Idea Studio is not liable for any limitations, API restrictions, or changes implemented by YouTube or Google.

Disconnecting a YouTube account at any time will disable analytics features dependent on YouTube data.

TikTok Integration – Terms of Service

By connecting a TikTok account, the user grants Idea Studio permission to access analytics and performance data allowed through TikTok’s developer tools. This access is limited to authorized metrics only and does not include private messages, drafts, or sensitive personal information.

Users agree to follow TikTok’s developer policies and community guidelines relative to data access and analytics usage. Idea Studio is not responsible for any API issues, limitations, or changes on TikTok’s platform.

Users may disconnect their TikTok account at any time, which may disable features that rely on TikTok analytics.
